Cradletrack
is an alternative track system
ideally suited for the suspension
of mobile cradles and seats.
Two track sizes, 600 and 700,
each offering high strength,
low weight and small overall
dimensions, perfect for installations
where aesthetic requirements
demand that the support track
is integral with the building
design.
The design of the profile ensures
accurate wheel alignment with
minimum friction, thus eliminating
snagged movement when traversing
across a façade area.
The enclosed profile also protects
the traversing wheels from potential
damage from external elements.
A comprehensive range of standard
components is available for
each track size and if required
bespoke fitting and systems
can be developed through Metreel’s
in-house design and manufacturing
service.
All components are manufactured
from carbon steel which can
be supplied in self colour form
or in a variety of finishes
such as Zinc Plated, Hot Dip
Galvanised or Powder Coated
to any BS or RAL colour paint
specification.

A compact, reliable and safe
powerfeed system incorporating
continuous copper conductors
which eliminate expansion problems
and reduces brush wear to ensure
minimal maintenance.
The patented flexible sealing
protects the systems against
outdoor weather conditions.
Standard current capacities
of 50, 80, 125 and 160amps are
available. Multiconductor
utilises minimum space and is

Reeling Drums
This version of Galaxy
Cable Reeling Drum is fitted
with a 2-position rotary limit
switch for use in controlling
raise and lower limits. With
a maximum payout of around 23
metres these are ideal for most
cradle applications. more
