The 7230 type balancer and its counterpart with automatic arresting mechanism (7231) have undergone long-term improvement and development which make them more than a match for their intended purpose under extreme conditions. Despite their lightweight construction, they are capable of withstanding, constant, everyday use. Whether performing a simple balancing function or a more demanding task, such as harnessing multiple hoses for robots, the 7230 and 7231 series are fully capable of performing any task within their respective load capacities. With a cable reach of 2.0 metre they can also cover extensive working areas. The load capacity can be adjusted by means of a convenient worm screw. At the same time, the straightforward replaceability of all the wear parts ensures complete, long-term user satisfaction.
The 7231 models are fitted with an automatic arresting mechanism which stops the retraction process, provided the suspended load is returned slowly to its waiting position. A number of features such as safety chain, safety detent, safety suspension hook and screw-type spring hook for the tool come as standard.
