THE
ULTIMATE DESIGN
The standard length of the Pro-Ductor®
system is 4 metres. However,
any length less than 4 metres
is possible. Connecting the
sections is achieved using click
and lock coupling conductors.
No drilling or screws for ease
of installation.
7 copper channels Due
to the clearance between the
conductors and their location,
the copper channels offer sufficient
room for 2 up to 7 uninterrupted,
loose spaced conductors. As
required, without plug connectors.
No expansion problems and ideally
suited for both control and
data signal transmission.

different types of copper conductors
The flat copper conductors are
available for current capacities
up to 50A, 80A, 125A, 160A and
200A. With parallel-mounted
systems the maximum current
capacity is 400A.
Yellow/green
uninterupted earth-marking
Clearly indicates the earth
conductor.
Chute
for conductor-wheels
The perfect mechanical conduction
enhances the life span of the
trolleys and brushes. It also
ensures optimal transmission
of line and control voltage.
Easy
installation The individual
lengths (max. 4m) can easily
be connected. The required number
of copper conductors are then
pulled through the channels.
Compact construction
The housing is only 27mm wide
and 147 mm high (or 45 mm and
165 mm with the support profile
SP7). It is therefore nearly
always suitable for all automated
warehouses. Furthermore it can
be installed, starting a few
centimetres above floor level.
Double-walled
housing This provides
considerable rigidity, allowing
the suspension distance to be
relatively large. Together with
the support profile, suspension
distances up to 3.25 m are possible.
Feed
and control in a single housing
Feed and control strips are
safely separated from one another
by the earth conductor.
Safety
First The PVC-housing
is self-extinguishing and is
conspicuous red for additional
safety. Furthermore the housing
is contact safe (IP2XB according
to IEC529).
No expansion problems
The copper conductors lie separately
in each channel, enabling expansion
and contraction independent
of the PVC housing. Click
