Workstation Cranes

The Met-Track® workstation bridge crane features enclosed track profiles. Ergonomically designed, it requires only 1% of the load to move the suspended workpiece, making it three times easier than traditional workstation cranes.

The high-strength, low-weight steel track design, combined with running track profiles and various reinforcements, increases span distance. The ‘V’-shaped profile of the running track keeps trolleys and end trucks aligned, helping prevent dirt ingress. The machine wheels, with crown treads and precision-sealed bearings, ensure minimal rolling resistance and provide long operational life.

Overhead cranes enable the precise lifting and manoeuvrability of heavy materials from one location to another using overhead movement. Each piece of equipment is available in multiple sizes and engineered for a specific purpose or application.

Typically, these cranes are used to load and unload goods, transport materials around a facility, flip or pull dies, feed raw materials into machinery, or move pieces down an assembly line.

A floor-mounted Met-Track® workstation bridge crane is not a permanent part of your building’s structure. It can be easily extended, relocated, or removed to accommodate future changes in your facility. The installation is simple and does not affect your building’s structural integrity.
