Earth Bonding Reels

Ideal for aircraft, tankers, and other refuelling applications, these reels prevent static electrical build-up caused by gases, liquids, or powders, which could create spark hazards.

Mounted fixed to the chassis or equipment frame, the reel is self-retracting and holds up to forty metres of high-conductivity copper-braided cables. A universal heavy-duty spring clamp completes the circuit to the vehicle or structure.

Equipped with a spring and stop-catch mechanism, the cable can be pulled out or relaxed to any desired length; an additional pull is required for retraction.
